Todays update: Parkdean have shut down all their sites and are not accepting any new bookings until May at the earliest.
Their sites are Thorness Bay, Nodes point, Landguard Manor and Lower Hyde.

Away Resorts who operate Whitecliff Bay have shut all on site facilities and not accepting any new bookings until June at the earliest.

All major Tour Operators have stopped all tours to, and from, the Island.
Everything is shut, all pubs , clubs, cafes, restaurants, theatres, swimming pools and all other leisure facilites.
Shops are almost completely empty of basic essentials, but plenty of Easter Eggs !!!

Checked with Waverley today and they were waiting for advice from the Government, but that looks to be simple, DONT GO. STAY AT HOME.
The boats are running very disrupted service, giving priority to lorries bringing food over and essential workers travel needs.
Casual visitors are strongly advised not to come, and those that do/ are stupid enough to , will have to quarantine themselves for 14 days on arrival.

Latest info: Wightlink have suspended the Yarmouth / Lymington route until further notice.
Now the only ferries running restricted services are Red Funnel -Cowes / Southampton and Wightlink - Fishbourne / Portsmouth

Got message from CCC that our booked pitch for 1/04 /20 canceled and would we like to book again for future so booked 1/6/20, worked out £36 cheaper , if its on that is.
