Jockey wheel

I have a 225 x 75 solid tyred steel jockey wheel. Its getting chewed and I will replace it BUT I cant find one the same size.
Is it ok to use a 225 x 56 steel wheel. They both have 20mm axle - so no problem there. What effect willthe narrower one have - I use an original carver mover. Have found this new wheel on net for £10.85 plus delivery.
I welcome your comments.

Have a look at the maxium weight limit of your proposed new wheel. This obviously needs to be at or above the noseweight of your caravan say 100kg. The other snag with going to a smaller section tyre is that it will tend to dig in more on loose surfaces e.g. gravel, but apart from these two considerations there should not be any problems - check, however that they are the same axle size - usually 20mm.
