jocky wheel

Can anyone give me some advise,

i was unscrewing my jocky wheel to lower it down and the screw thread has snapped about half way inn.

can anybody sujeest if this will work : Drill a 3mm hole through the snapped end of bolt and try and jam something in it tom unscrew it out then just buy a new securing bolt.

Yes it should work, put some WD40 on it first. We used to use 'easy outs' that are just a left handed tapered screw.

Its worth a try.

If the thread is standing proud weld at nut onto this the heat will loousen it and use a normal spanner or socket to undo it.

If it is not proud do the same but use a bolt of smaller diameter
