Hi All HELP 🙁
Just one little problem I cannot get on my laptop. :angry:

Error message says "The user profile service failed to logon" "User profile cannot be loaded"

I'm on another machine at the moment and have printed off loads of stuff.

But has anyone had this happen ?? I won't be able to look at answers until I get home and that will be on my phone... Drat .
 
Try switching off the affected computer, switch it back on and log on with your user account again, make sure that your anti-virus software isn't updating at the time.
 
Hi all I'mmmmmmm back

Yes Sproket it was the user but don't know why it would go past my password. I have know idea how I managed to get back into laptop. Copied the words and googled, it took me places I've never been, F8's and safe modes etc, didn't think I would get back on thinking a trip to a computer buff somewhere. Then my password was excepted after trying things I didn't understand and failing a different list and there was an old friend. Restore system nothing to lose that's what I did I think there is something wrong but I'm still in there.....

Well, one thing is for sure google works wonders...
