Kip Shelter Plus

If you're an outdoor adventurer looking for a small, lightweight micro caravan to provide no-frills, no-fuss accommodation for two, the Kip Shelter Plus might be just right.

You can tow it with almost any car and it has a small kitchen, a dining table and twin sofas that turn into a comfy double bed measuring 1.7m x 2m. Read our Kip Shelter Plus review to find out more!

twelve grand??? Yikes. But I suppose folk pay more than that for a brand of tin-men's seamed German campers... even more if they have a split screen at the front.

1/2 the price off the Barefoot for same size  !!

I think they will appeal to different people. The Kip is cheap and cheerful and the Barefoot far more plush. The Kip looks to be aimed at the younger set and the Barefoot at us oldies who like our creature comforts and would suit those who no longer want to lug a bigger caravan around. Probably its main rival in this respect is the Lunar Ariva which is a bit bigger and a bit cheaper.
