Do I have to use the KJ4000T model on a twinaxle or will the KJ4000S model still do the same job. The maximum lift load on both is 2000kg so there is no difference in lifting capacity, only the extra brackets that are placed on the inner side of the chassis.
I am due to get a new caravan fitted with Al-Ko lock receivers and will need to lift the van to line up the Al-Ko wheel locks lozenges.
Thanks in advance

I think you have answered your own question here!

The lifting capacity may be the same, but the weight of a twin axle will be heavier than a single, and without the extra bracing, you could twist the chassis, which would NOT be coverd by warranty.

Damian,
Thanks for your reply. I now know where I had a lapse in concentration.
I was assuming that as some single axle vans are heavier than some twin axles, then there would be no difference in lift capacity.
But the additional axle adds extra load on the chassis, at the lifting point.
Thanks again I will purchase the twin axle version.
