L-shaped brackets

hello everyone my name is keith i am new to the forum, i was wandering if anyone can help, my parents have just purchased a brand new bailey pageant series7 champagne and the small l-shaped brackets that fix the wall of the washroom to the floor keep breaking its been to the dealer once and is going again today, i was going to ask if anyone has got the same caravan if they have had the same problem to see if it is a manufacturing fault or not
