Seems to me that anyone in the south east with a bit of land could make a killing turning it into a storage site.

And the SE, Kent is supposed to be the garden of England.
I know the CC site at Amberley Fields , Gatwick Airport is predominantly a storage site. They had vacancies last June while I was there.

There's just the little problem of planning permission, plus the fact that the land is more valuable as builing plots,the cheapest new house in my village went for
