LCD Televisions

I am looking for an LCD television for the caravan, have searched the internet and read reviews, but would rather go to a major store to buy one in case it has to be returned, plus we are both at work all day and if delivered and no one is home they take it back. Has anyone bought one and where from. Many thanks

Recently bought an LCD TV for my caravan from Currys online.

Great thing is, you can return it to your local store if unsuitable. I guess Dixons, comet etc would operate in a similar way.

Dave, we bought a Relisys 17" widescreen (16:9) LCD TV from Richer Sounds. It's a superb unit with auto tuning etc. The widescreen format is much better if you are considering watching DVD's. It's also useful at home as a TV and doubles up as a PC monitor. I think they are currently on offer at

We found one at a local caravan dealer. Relisys ex display model, bit dusty and no instruction book but a bargain. 'Phoned Relisys who e-mailed an instruction book within minutes.
