hi derek,

i would advise dont touch the meos, we had one, it failed after ten days on the second use. We had a massvive fight with we do digital to get our money back under sale of goods act, had to threaten court action and finally got refund via credit card.

When the tv did work, the picture was ok, but you had to be almost dead straight to the picture. This was about two months ago.

Try a Wharfdale from Argos. I have a 19" HD set with built in DVD player, which is ideal in the caravan.

I have the same Meos. The first one was faulty and was exchanged. I am not sure about the replacement. I think it may have a tuner fault as sometimes the digital picture breaks up. It has been back to WeDoDigital but they say they can't find a fault.

I have been testing it in the house where I get a perfect digital picture and also in the van on the drive. At the moment it seems to work in the van but not in the house so I am suspicious of it.

The viewing angle seems fine to me and its a good picture when its got a signal!

yes ours worked fine the first time, we found the view was ok from the front, but in bed the tv would not angle down and so the picture was very dark or you had to sit up to see it properly.

I hope Alan resolves his problem, if it works in the van but not the house, perhaps the hosue aerial is not boosted and the van one has a booster, this may explain the break up on the picture, slightly poorer signal in the house.
