leaking shower mixer

Can anyone give me some info please,while away last week i noticed the shower leaking in our van.I took the soap tray out to see and it looks like its comeing from the hot water inlet but not 100% sure.The mixer is a reich i think, the van is a swift fairway 500 ,Has anyone had the same problem do i need a complete mixer or is just a O ring any info would really help thanks vinny

sorry about that vinny have you tired pushing the pipes in to see if they have came out? i would proberley say you would need to put a new one in! im a fitter myself
