Hi there everyone, novice caravan newcomer here. In fact mid way through purchase of my very first van! Has anybody got any suggestions on leisure batteries? The van will be a Bailey 540/6 and we will be mainly on pitches with electric. What size and which are the best brand. Secondly are the solar trickle charges worth it....thanks guys Allan

there is usually two models of battery 110 amp and 80/85 amp
make sure you buy a proper leisure battery as the do work in a different way than car batteries. i would personally buy the 110 amp its a struggle to get in the battery box but it gives25% extra
