Good grief, no! I've travelled around the world quite a lot and outside Europe I've worked in the US but never in such an out-of-the-way place as Baku.

Sorry, i worked with a german guy out there who was heavily into radio stuff. When i get set up onsite with the dish and receiver. where would the dish go on a pole on the ground? and would i connect the receiver to the tv..and would i get a picture anywhere as oppossed to the normal aeriels.
