Lidl ultimate speed battery charger

Hey everyone im new to this forum, i need your help with something, so i got a battery charger from lidl a few months ago and now that the time to use it, it dosent work. I plug everything and right from the start it reads 10.5V and the little battery signal start to blink anyone knows why?. I set it to the 3 program to start charging and no bar appear nothing so im kinda lost

Just plug it in, switch it on, and leave it. If it is reading 10.5V the battery may be damaged. Also most of these Lidl/Aldi (so-called) smart chargers will also do 6V - you have set it to 12V haven't you?
