Lifting Fablon

Can anybody advise of a suitable adhesive to re-glue the Fablon? on the wood panelling inside my caravan. The lift is only small, but there is a lot of it, so an aerosol spray or contact adhesive type of
glue cannot be used.

The "Fablon" you describe is not Fablon.
It is a foil laminate applied under pressure during manufacture..
You could try a fairly warm iron to soften the glue used in manufacture and re stick it the baseboard.

In some places where an odd edge has begun to peel I have used a PVA craft glue applied with a small spatula, and then hand pressure for a couple of minutes while drying, This is easy to wipe off excess with a damp cloth and dries completely clear. On the rear of the front drawer unit that is exposed to the sun I tried the hair-dryer technique to warm the original glue but resorted to the PVA as a better solution. Take care while working as the foil is very thin and easy to tear and quite brittle if creased.
