Hi just had caravan delivered today on a seasonal pitch. We're hooked up to the electric and everything is working fine except we can't turn the lights off that are above the cupboards on either side of the living area and also the external light above the door will not turn off . Any ideas.

Do the lights go off if you turn off the lights switch on the main panel by the door? If so you may be missing a well hidden individual light switch. On an Elddis we had there were some tiny button switches under the overhang from the front lockers. You needed to have a rubber neck to see them. Also the bathroom light was controlled by a switch just above the fridge in the kitchen area. That one fooled us for a while! . Crane your neck under every horizontal surface.
Good luck

Not sure about the overhead lights but the awning/ entry light if turned ON from your alarm fob, will stay on , untill turned OFF by the Fob.
I don't mean disarming the Alarm , when the light will stay on for a minute.

Thanks for your advice seen someone with similar caravan and asked them. It's the three switches on the whale control panel. We switched them all on and one is for the outside light and the other is for the cupboard/ceiling lights turned them off hey presto . đź‘Ť

Wonder if Eddlis electrical engineer also worked for Peugeot.

On the same note, if you’re searching for the buttons that deactivate the ASR (Antriebsschlupfregelung which in German basically means traction control system) and start/stop systems, don’t look on the dashboard or central console. No, they’re not in one of the infotainment’s menus either. You have to open that little lid under the parking brake switch on the left to find them.
