Hello - has anyone stayed at this site? Any recommendations for places to eat or things to do - that are child friendly?

Many thanks in advance!

Helen:)

Its been a while since we last stayed there but there was a pub just a short walk from the site that did quite nice meals.

Stayed there about 3 weeks ago - great park very kid friendly good for tents, caravans or motorhomes, even the big ones. Staff excellent, very helpful. Facilities really top quality. Some good local pubs. Also good for Oxford if you use the park & ride.

Here now ... and they have wifi which has been great for keeping in contact with relatives etc. Would agree that the staff are really great - very friendly and approachable. Found Oxford to be great - used park and ride - parked for free and then just cycled in!! Beware entrance to park and ride has maximum height restriction so we took bikes off just outside and then parked up.

Have to confess haven't eaten out locally much - had a couple of lunches in Oxford - ots of choice.

Thanks for the posts!
