Generally, for the sake of stability, it's always an advantage to have the noseweight as high as what respective car and caravan limits allow (it's always the lower of the two that counts). If my data is correct, the Octavia has a maximum permissible noseweight of 60kg, which will be ample for the laden weight of your caravan. (I doubt whether the caravan's limit is any lower, but you should check). Load distribution should be achieved by keeping all the heavy things in the caravan as low and as close to the axle as possible.
