Logging out

If you mean that you want to log out at the end of a session on the forum you aren't 'logged on ' in the first place really.

You have to 'log in' to post on the forum but when you switch off from the forum webpage your ability to post ends until you visit the forum again where you have to 'log in' again.

Your name isn't shown at the bottom of the page like on other forums ( we write it down on parchment using a quill pen )

Erm..... I don't get that.

I'm logged in, else I can't post this message.

Yet I don't see a "log out" which was the original question.

Also....

I never seem to log out.

Unless I change PC's.

Now answer that one, Mr Smart Alec Parksy!!!

I think he means when you log out of your web browser or turn off your computer you are automatically "logged off". Like you I had trouble with this when I first used the site but no longer waste time worrying about it.

I've just come back from a few days away in the caravan and now that I look back at what I wrote I'm equally confused.

I'm sure I know what I meant at the time though.......... I think :0)

I say Parksy old boy Ive just spent several minutes waiting for this section of the forum to open , so while you are confused would it be quicker for me to get a scullery maid at Buggram Hall to write a letter rather than post

Regards Sir Roger
