daft enough to lose a set of keys(somewhere on the M6).

Caravn key replacement no problem but where can I get a replacement key for the saracen hitchlock ( marked Lowe & fletcher; a hollow tube type key) and the wheel lock( this is a half moon type key with no markings or number on it)? I had two sets but would like to get another of each as spare. Have tried the Lowe&fletcher web site without success.

Not a silly thing to do we lost our keys in France one year.

Contacted Lowe and Fletcher by phone and received replacement keys.

Are you sure there is not number on the key, all ours have a number.

sometimes a personal phone call works better than the web.

Yes have a number on the Fletcher & Lowe key so will ring them tomorrow. The wheel lock key has no markings on it at all.
