The truth is the current driving test is grossly inadequate.
IMO the test should be at the same level as the Institute of Advanced Motorists test which is based on the Police Road craft method.

Is this old news? The date on the screen (bottom left) appears to be 22 November 2012 - or has the recorder just not been set right!

It's certainly not new if the insurance company has had time to investigate and reject the claim.
