lunar clubman switches

Hi, we have just bought a lunar clubman 470, just inside the door there is a pair of switches. One of them is the awning light but I cannot find what the second is, there is nothing in the manual so I was hoping someone on here would know.

Steve, what year is the van?

We have a 2010 Lunar and have the control panel just inside the door with switches for the awning light, pump, mains and one that controls the nearest light to the door so that at night you can stand at the door and switch on an interior light. The switch on the light itself must be in the on position. Could this be the switch in question ?
 
Might be that is the case we are off to Cornwall tomorrow for our first time in the van, so hopefully it will all become clear. The van is 2003 and all our control switches are near the kitchen area.
