Open the window to the horizontal (ie as wide as possible) then use a vacuum cleaner over one of the small vent holes. Do not completely seal the hole against the vacuum pipe as this will 'collapse' the window. If you can manage to get the window beyond horizontal,you may be able to move the flies near to to holes, by gently tapping the window.
