Hi, we have been looking for a family caravan we have 2 children under 5 and wanted a fixed bunk model with door to close kids off at night, does anyone know much about the above model? Ideally I would like an end bedroom with bunks and a separate shower cubicle to the toilet but I dont think such a model exists? This will be our first caravan and we have a budget of £12k. My husband is keen on a twin axle we have a mitsubishi shogun, havent seen many fixed bunks on twin axle? I like the larger shower space but would like fixed bunks. Maybe Im just dreaming!! How is Lunar on quality? Is the wood finish poor quality to make this model lightweight? Please forgive me for my ignorance!

We looked at a Lunar caravan, the wood they use is called Obeche hardwood, its 30% lighter than normal wood. I was quite impressed with the Lunar woodwork, thought the quality of the Bathroom was bit poor though.

Happy hunting Tim

Hi We have a 2005 Lunar Quasar 615 and we love it. We have three children under 5 and having them all sleep at one end is great. This model has not got the separate shower cubicle although the 2006 model has. I really wanted the sep shower but when we found this van it was only 6 months old, the owner had come into money and was buying his dream motorhome and we got the van for

Hi

We have a LUnar Ultima EB ( a special edition of the Quaser). We found the quality very good, the cupboards and doors fit very well and have had very little bother with it and best of all at first service it was not showing any signs of damp.

The Ultima has a lot of extra features over the standard Quaser and is well worth looking at.They also do an Ultima based on the Lexon.

As far as I know it is only available from a dealer in Chesterfield and Worsop.
