Lunar Quasar 626 and good service from Lunar

We purchased a Lunar Quasar 626 at the NEC and took delivery in late Feb. The van is fantastic, well made, a good layout and very easy to tow. However we had a couple of minor issues and as we had a 360 mile one way trip to the supplying dealer I contacted Lunar. I spoke to the salesman we had meet at the NEC and explianed the issues. He started off by saying he would address the issues one way or the other and despite a little time passing that is exactly what he did. The issues were resolved and we are delighted with the van. The service may not have been the fastest in the world but he did exactly what he said he would and resolved the issues fully. What more could I ask. I am more than happy with their responce and service and would recomend a Lunar van to anybody. I must say that I have no dealings with Lunar other than as a first time customer.

I hope this info is helpful to all and encourages others to look at Lunar for their future vans.

Glad you're enjoying your new Lunar. I myself have a new Lunar Ultima (Dealer Special) and it's proving itself to be a great 'van. There are lots of people on here that have bad things to say about Lunar, but this just goes to show that they aren't all bad!

We too own a 2007 Lunar and have had no problems and we thought at the time of purchase that some of the 'smaller details' far exceeded those of other manufacturers. Lets hope this continues.
