Mains Outlet +TV/Sat inlet

I have seen advertised but cannot now find it- Can anyone help?
I am looking for the coventional 240v Outlet Box ( Large type with flap)
that includes a TV/Sat lead inlet at bottom.
I already have a TV/Sat inlet box fitted, but want to tidy things up, and
then I will only need to enlarge the exsisting hole.

You could drill underneath the socket and add these,that is what I am thinking of doing,2 for sky+

Yes, this had crossed my mind. I want to remove the exisiting TV/Sat inlet box and combine
all into one box.
