Manhattan Caravan

You need to look up CAB and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you paid over £100 by credit card look up Article 75 protection.

If what you say is correct you may have right to reject or refund but certainly repair by the supplying dealer.
Might be best to remove dealer name from your posts as it breeches forum rules.

Before this topic goes any further the OP is advised to contact the people he bought the van from and take his case up with them.
This Forum is not the place to advise on such matters.
There is a wealth of information on the internet about rights regarding items bought and found to be faulty.

The Forum does advise folks on how to deal with a dodgy sale as only recently one poster sought advice and successfully obtained a full refund on a elderly damp van.
And Jezzer recently posted his experience. But agree naming and shaming is wrong.
