Interesting to hear the 2 comments regarding the site. We stayed there 2 years ago and would not like to go back. The main complaint we had was lack of space because cars not allowed on grass and had to be parked in front of van.We have a mondeo and even this was very tight to park without encroaching onto the roadway and obstructing another van. Also leaving the site without scraping the side of the van against the hedge was a lottery. Apart from that the site is very sheltered, on our 1st day you couldn't walk along the front because of the wind yet there was only a slight breeze at the site. When we were there the owner was Mrs Carr. However the main thing is you both enjoyed it and that is all that matters.

William, The site has since changed hands. The current owners, Jeremy and Sharon are really nice, friendly and helpful. They have installed a toilet and shower room too.

As CLs go this is a good one.

When we stayed we did not use our awning but there were a couple of vans with full size ones up. We didn't find that we needed to put the car in front of the van either.

William, Jeremy has done major alterations to the site. the pitches have doubled in size, loads of room for both van and car.The gate has also been widened, now 21feet wide!

A 38 feet American RV can get on no problem!.If you have time check out the website www.manorhousecaravanpark.co.uk.
