We have a two year old Bailey Indiana.

We have recently noiced yellow/brown spots marking the shower wall., mainly the back wall. They look a little like glue marks, and appear to be getting more prominent.

Any suggestions as to what they are, and how to clean/remove them.
Many thanks

If they were glue marks I'm not sure as to why they would start to become more prominent after this period of time. I would be concerned that they could be a sign of water ingress either from the exterior of the van or perhaps from use of the shower. Personally I would get it checked out to, hopefully, exclude damp as the cause.

Morning Paul,
As your Bailey is only two years old and all the warranties are still valid please see your dealer asap .
I also suggest you email Kelly Watts at Bailey. She is very helpful and may have some ideas,
Isuspect these are glue marks . I guess they do they rub off easily hence the post. IMO if it was damp , mildew would form and that does wash off. Best leave it as it is until the dealer has seen it.

We had a Bailey Pageant Burgundy and at the 3rd service it was found to have damp at the nearside rear corner which required a complete new back panel.I also noticed spots as you describe on the nearside bedroom wall but didn't know what they were until we saw a letter in one of the Practical Caravan magazines with a photo which was identical to what we had.
Bailey have recognised this as a problem so please get in touch with your dealer. If you have no luck with them contact Kelly Watts at Bailey. As soon as we spoke to our dealer they ordered new wall boards immediately and replaced an entire section with no quibble.
