Mega damp in rear corners

That was def a day for frequent warm up breaks! Really cold out there! And I had egg salad for dinner so covered everything there!

Got all the old sealant off the two skins where the roof joins the back panel. Got some stuff from the local caravan shop that I thought prob wouldn't help much but it was brilliant. It seemed to dissolve the sealant that was left behind very quickly.

Used meths to clean everything after so it's ready for fresh sealant tomorrow.

I'll post a pic of that stuff that got the sealant off tomorrow. It's in the van and I'm now entrenched on the sofa. And my hands have turned into claws.

Just out of curiosity look if the roof panel over laps the side panel(,mine does by a couple of inches)if it does try to remove it any old sealer,try to squeeze new sealer into gap.I found when refitting screws for rail to only tighten slightly and leave it for a couple of hours giving seal time to flow out the tighten screws again.You may find the sealer(if bitumastic) is easier to use if put in a bucket of warm water to make it flexible.
