Meteor Shower

METEORS.jpg
Following hot on the heels of the lunar eclipse is the Geminids meteor shower tonight.

If I wake up during the night as I often do I'll have a quick peep through the curtains to see if any meteors are visible, I hope that it's not too cloudy.
The International Space Station will be visible from the UK from Sunday evening until Friday 23rd towards the South if it's not cloudy in the evenings.
On Monday, Wednesday and Friday the ISS will pass over twice when the orbit is closer to the Northern hemisphere.
Click Here to find out what time the International Space Station will be visible from the town or city nearest to your location and the general direction of travel. It will be the brightest thing in the sky as it passes over on a straight course, you can't miss it.
