Microwave

Caravan manufacturers just use commecially available microwaves for factory fitment.

If you're good at design and woodwork you could adapt an existing locker to take a microwave.
 
Be a bit wary if trying to install a microwave into a top cupboard as even the smallest weighs in at about 12-13kg. I would suspect that the caravan manufacturers reinforce the cupboard and it's supports when they install them as standard - you could end up with a microwave, it's cupboard and half the caravan wall lying in a heap on the floor at the end of your journey.

Our caravan came with a microwave ready installed in a cupboard. However, if you wish to 'carry' a microwave with you it might be better accommodated on the floor during travelling. Even better if you can pop it into the back to the car.
