Hi, I believe this aspect of tracking is getting popular as it is a lot cheaper than a tracking device which normally runs at £400 plus fitted and then you still have a annual subscription payment. I am led to believe that the mobile phone aspect costs you about a fiver a month and all you have to do is use an old phone with a pay as you go card and make at least one phone call a month to stay logged on. Obviously the phone needs to remain hooked into the 12v supply in the van to stay charged so that it can be tracked. Apparently some insurance companies are now accepting this form of tracking also. Does any one have any experience or know of any phone companies that do this and can you give out some web addresses?

I have used www.verilocation.com for around 8 months with a T-Mobile PAYG sim in an old Nokia phone hidden in the caravan with the ringer turned off.
