Greetings All,
My 2007 Challenger is fitted with an awning light that backs onto a kitchen cupboard.
Apart from the fact that it glowed like a NAAFI candle (ask your Dad!) it did not have any means of reflection towards the outside of the van that I thought somewhat ridiculous.
I bought a stainless steel mirror from Ebay, cut it down to size to get it inside the back of the awning light fitment using a pair of kitchen scissors, (hope SWMBO doesn't read this) and using a small food can as a former, bent the mirror to a curve.
The addition of two holes has allowed me to bolt the curved mirror onto the backing/entry plate inside the cupboard.
Result? a much brighter light shining out into the gloom which will be further enhanced when I buy one of those 63LED byonet fitting light bulbs.
