I think the website is good as it is different from the magazine. It is great to visit website plus flick through your glossy mag at a different time. If you are really interested in something it is nice to feed that enthusiasm at the touch of a button by communicating through the website.I bet people have gained valuable tips etc from it.

There is always an opening for a moderator and one volunteer is worth ten pressed men as they used to say in the Navy.
I'm not too sure about the Friday nights off though, you might end up with a headache on Saturday morning lol.
It's good to read that you enjoy this forum where you can get almost instant answers to any of your caravanning queries from fellow caravanners like yourself.
We are lucky to have amongst our members very knowledgeable and helpful people and some of them are technically qualified, we enjoy support from caravan manufacturers, both Swift and Bailey post on this forum as do manufacturers of various products that we might use.
The editor and writers of the magazine read the posts on this forum and contribute to them so that the forum and magazine are complimentary to each other.
Besides this forum there is the Practical Caravan website which is accessible via the blue box under the Practical Caravan logo on this webpage.
The website contains masses of information, tips, advice and a site finder and review page and free online classified adverts for those who are buying or selling caravans complete with photographs.
The single most important ingredient of this forum is our members who take the time to read and post on it and keep it alive.
