Made a WONDERFUL discovery today at my local Supermarket.

Morrisons are selling great big sheets of pork skin so that you can make your own pork scrachings.
I knew we Brits could go one better than those Spanish Supermarkets who sell chicken carcases.!!!!

They used to sell pork scratchings here in the Black Country but now the lads at my local just keep a pig and a cheese grater in the corner of the bar.

I knew we Brits could go one better than those Spanish Supermarkets who sell chicken carcases.!!!!

They have been doing it for sometime here. Best to cook them at 160 for about an hour. And dont forget to rub plenty of salt in!

Last time I saw a pig in a pub it was stuck in the corner as an air freshener!!!!
