Mouldy Fridge!!

Our van is only a year old, but after the first time we used it we cleaned the fridge and then stupidly left the fridge closed for a few weeks, and when we looked - yuk, MOULD!

Now despite cleaning it thoroughly (obviously not.... )with bicarbonate of soda, and leaving the door open after a trip, or even leaving the electrics on, it still manages to grow us a nice new crop. There must be something I can use to stop this - surely??

All advice gladly received.

Thanks
