Hi Paul, welcome to the Practical Caravan website & forum which we hope that you will enjoy using to share your caravan experiences.
You may notice that I edited your first post, we prefer to concentrate on keeping our own forum members happy and well informed so we steer clear of delving into the workings of other caravan related websites and we don't defame their administrators. You'll be ok on here, time to move on eh? 😉
