Need help with my flush

I'm looking for some advise we are having trouble with the manual flush on our thetford c4 cassette. When turning the push nob no fluid comes out in to the bowl even though the flush tank is full I was thinking it may be blocked but I'm unsure how to take it apart. If any one can I'd be most gratefull

pull the flush Knob off of the toilet, it will come off,
Once off the bellows cylinder is underneath,
Push this down and turn it anticlockwise, it will then come out
Remove the cap and housing underneath
The hose connected to the housing can now be seen connected to the tank,
Remove this and the bellows unit is now out
you can now examine the mechanism, the bellows (plastic) will probably be split
You will be able to get a new bellows ordered from your local caravan dealers
