New Caravans

Having placed order and big deposit for new caravan, on hearing all the bad reports from people on here about their new vans having problems.

Has anyone had a brand new van that they are pleased with that has had nothing wrong with it?

We have a Lunar 640 and the problems have been quite minor.

whilst I am pleased yo have only had minor problems with your van, when you ordered it did you specify that you wanted faults to be included?

No I didn't thnik so. Under UK retail legislation Dealers are obliged not to sell products with faults!

I have just bought a Bailey Pageant Normandie and took it out last weekend to check for faults. The only problem I found was the entrance door needs adjusting at the bottom. Apart from that I found no faults and was pleasantly surprised. I had very few complaints with my last van,a Pageant Monarch.

Hi. We took delivery of a new Avondale Landranger in July and have been away twice in it with no problems...yet!!
