Hi all

Strictly speaking I am not a new member, I was a member a few years since and forgot my login details, the system didnt recognise my email address so I have re joined. I currently tow a 2003 Swift Charisma 5 berth ( about 1300 kg fully loaded) wjth a Ford C Max 2.0 TDCI Ghia, I have found this to be a good match over the last 2 years. I am changing cars this weekend to a Ford Mondeo 2.0 TDCI Edge, I am hoping this car will be as good as the C Max, does any one have any veiws on this. First Trip out with new car and caravan will be to Cherry Tree site (adults only) at Sandylands near Mablethorpe, Should have a good time as we have been a few times and we know the site is first class.

Hi Terry, Welcome back. We used to go to the Cherry Tree site quite a few years ago, before it was adults only. Always one of my favourites. Hope your new tow car does well.

I swapped my xtrail for a mondeo diesel 2ltr tdci ghia 140bhp.My van is roughly the same weight as yours.it tows like a dream and I am very please with it. I feel sure you will be too with yours!
