New Plug

A chap called Min-Kyu Choi from the royal colledge of art has invented a new 13amp plug, it looks really good he has allso designed an adapter which by the time you plug another 3 or 4 plugs into it , its still about the same size as the plugs we use now... i wonder when it will go on sale..

A very interesting project.

I do wonder about its ability to handle large currents due to the rotating contacts that must be needed to enable the Phase and neutral pins to swing.

It's not obvious if it is rewire able or not.

perhaps it will be limited to low current devices.
