Hi, we have been caravanning for arround 15 years and members of the camping & caravanning club for the same amount of time. We now caravan in a 2008 Swift Oakmere and tow with a 08 Mondeo estate (2.0 diesel - 140bhp) we usuall rally with the local DA's over weekends and visit THS for the main hols. We rely entirly on the 110Ah battery so have just purchased a wind turbine to keep the battery charged over long periods away (Rutland 504), I should have this rigged up before our next outing over Christmas.

We will look forward to learning which way the wind blows for you now that you have a wind turbine.

It will be interesting to hear from a non ehu caravanner because we often have members who have questions on this subject.Welcome to the forum.
