New Van

Hi all I've just ordered my next van, a Bailey Pageant Provance series 5.It was more the wifes choice than mine and thats the problem !! Im very apprehensive about it all .Firstly the van is a 2005 demonstrator for £10,995 the most i've ever paid and a grand more that i had in mind. Secondly, although this is my fourth caravan it's also the largest and whilst I consider myself to be a competent tower Im a tad intimidated by the length of this thing.

My present Bailey discovery is 22 foot and the new one is just under 24.

I have a X-Trail 2.2 dci which I beileve works out at 93% in weight terms again a little worrying.

So do you think I am worrying needlessly in what should be an exciting time.

Bye John

Don't worry too much. The X-Trail is a good car and with experience you should be OK. Also remember that the longer vans are easier to reverse as they react slower, Forward, you should not notice a difference.

Congrats on the new van, just get out and enjoy it
