Looks like there’s a lot of helpful info here, apologies in advance I’m going to be asking a lot of questions as a new owner :)

although I hope to contribute in future after my investment

first question, totally out of curiosity, but what is this? :)

It's for mixing cement,their common on building sites

They are for holding a clothes drying rack outside of a window, you might find you have a white drying rack somewhere.

Secalux portable wall clothesline.

Welcome to the forum. Never seen that item before but it looks as if it is for hanging something so, I would go with Hutch. I would not use it in that form as it would almost certainly scratch the paint.
