Have you got this caravan forum mixed up with some kind of kids quiz website or is this a wind up?

Welcome to the forum. Never seen that item before but it looks as if it is for hanging something so, I would go with Hutch. I would not use it in that form as it would almost certainly scratch the paint.
Oh you can. Someone walks into it and puts a ding into the side of the caravan 😂
