Hi All
Although Lynne and I have been caravaning for a number of years I am only just getting to grips with this new fangled ellectronic gadgets, my oldest son just bought us an I Pad for our 45th weeding aniversary (what did I ever do to deserve such a long sentence, perhaps something bad in a previous life) anyway we have a 2 berth Bailey Pegasus which we tow with a Peugeot 607 2.2 diesel. we caravan all year and try to go abroad at least once a year. We have just retired so have booked a ferry to Cean on the 1 June and return on the 29 June. Our next trip is to Swanage for Easter staying at a Shorefield campsite, there wil be 7 adults and 2 children hope the weather improves a bit. Last week in July we are taking our two grandchildren to Merley Court in Wimbourne ages 7 and 5 so no doubt they will run us ragged but we will get a lot of pleasure from them. we have tried a rally and reserve judgment on them at the moment,my hobbies are golf and Freemasonry
I had better sign off now not sure if this thing is overheating as its taken me about 3 hours to type this out (only joking)

Hi and welcome to the forum. You may find a 2 berth is a tad crowded at bed time.

Hi Mikey & Lynne and welcome to the Practical Caravan forum

Well done for mastering the I-Pad, I'm sure that you'll be an electronic guru before you know it!
Rallies are ok if you meet the right crowd of people, if you don't feel that one set suits you could always try another which you may have more in common with.
There are one or two Masons who use the forum, and there was a bit of masonic fun a wee while back in a topic which you can see by clicking here.
I hope that you will enjoy using the forum, and if your electronic gizmos confuse you from time to time there's usually somebody on here who can help.
