I have just purchased my first motorhome and will start my trip in a couple of months. This is a massive step for us, and it would be great to compete for any technical or otherwise advice that would make our journey any sweeter. Cheers

Welcome to the Forum and I hope that that you enjoy your new hobby. Just ask away on questions you may have. Tips? There must be hundreds and each person will have their own favourites. Mine would be to check all systems out at home, even living in it for a couple of nights. Secondly make lists as you will be surprised at the number of things that you need to capture. Thirdly have an independent damp check carried out within three months maximum unless it’s a panel van motorhome.

Do a few weekend trips to various sites, should be able figure out quickly what things you need and don't need. Will also help refine your checklists.
