Newlands Holiday park, Dorset

been here once, was quite a nice site, everything was very clean.only drawback is, if you go, be very careful of the steep(and i mean steep ) access to site pitches wet ground and you could come a cropper as i did.tarmac can be slippy, give yourself a run at were you want to be!!

Hi,

not our "cup of tea". steep hillside - 2 washrooms, the top one slightly better than the lower, but what a climb. You have to be put on and taken off, because it's terraced, and since its Haven it's somewhat "tatty" in places. I wouldn't go again - try Wood Farm. brian.f

Hi there Redragon

we went to Newlands last August for 2 weeks really enjoyed it but as has already been said very steep hill if you are sited near the top hard work to walk back to your van, we were lucky and sited at the bottom close to showers take away and club etc the pool is nice but has a charge everytime you use it 1.50 pp last year which mounts up when a family uses it daily but we would use the site again, incidentally it wasn't Haven last year it was an independant if has been bought by Haven chain it is since our visit
