Who needs the net when you are on holiday.
.....I do.

What if I was on another campsite 1600 miles south of your neck of the woods in another country whose language isn't English?
I might want to have instant communication with family back home.
I might want to be able to interact with my house back home with various systems such as the central heating boiler.
I might want to have instant communication with my neighbour and friend back home.
I might want to carry out banking transactions.
Check and write emails.
Check weather reports.
Research towns and places I'm not familiar with .....oh and listen to any UK radio stations.
I find such an ability quite useful especially when away from home for extended periods and the campsite provides free Internet.

This has always been a Liberal minded forum so your right to use your caravan without the use of the Internet is fully respected.

+1 ditto.
Plus the right to watch or not watch TV too. Each to their own.

It's entirely up to the individually how they sped their leisure time, and no one should be riduculed or persicuted for their choices. Whether you agree with them or not, as long as they are not affecting anyone else, chillout and let them get on with it, and stop being judgemental.
