nissan terrano II 2.7 tdi

New to caravans just bought a six year old nissan terrano II 2.7 tdi pick it up on wednesday, wanted to now if anyones got any advice for me when towing, Caravan is a Avondale custom 5 berth approx 7 years old. Did have a mondeo 1.8 petrol but was just about on the weight limits.

Hi Gary,

Iv'e owned and towed with several terrano's. All have been excellent towcars (all diesels).Problems over the years have been collapsed clutch (60k. miles) and a wierd clunking noise when taking up the drive. this was never solved & put down as a characteristic by Nissan. My terrano's towed many thousands of miles and performed flawlessly. Enjoy.
